Jeff Hardy Arrested! Police Report Reveals $8000 Damage To Cadillac

Jeff Hardy was involved in a car accident Saturday evening in Concord, NC. According to police report the incident happened at 8:11 PM at 5554 Concord Pkwy S.

Hardy was driving his 2016 Cadillac when he ran off the roadway and struck a guard rail, resulting in his car spinning out into the middle of the right northbound lane. According to police damage is estimated at $8000 to his vehicle, and $5000 to the guard rail.

According to TMZ, Hardy was arrested after taking a breathalyzer test that read .25, which is over 3 times the legal limit of 0.08. His license was immediately suspended for 30 days following the arrest. Hardy was released with a promise to appear in court on April 16th, 2018.

The WWE released the following statement this morning following the incident.

“Jeff Hardy is responsible for his own personal actions. We are investigating the matter and awaiting information from local law enforcement officials.”
