Braun Strowman Requires Surgery, TLC Match In Jeopardy

Last night during Monday Night RAW, Braun Strowman was viciously attacked by Bobby Lashley, Baron Corbin, and Drew McIntyre. The WWE announced that he shattered his elbow as a result of the attack. The injury on television is all part of the storyline, and his elbow is not shattered from the attack. He does however require surgery from a previous health condition.

The WWE wrote him off of television last night due a legitimate health issue that needs surgery. According to Dave Meltzer, Braun Strowman has bone spurs in his elbow, and this requires surgery to remove.

The match against Baron Corbin at TLC could be in question, depending on recovery time for Strowman. The WWE is working towards making sure he’s ready for Royal Rumble where he is scheduled to face Brock Lesnar. As of right now, it’s touch and go whether he will be able to compete at TLC.

Recovery time depends on where the bone spur was and the type of surgery he is getting. If Strowman is given an arthroscopy, recovery time can be two to six weeks.
