Former ECW Star Back Behind Bars

Peter Polaco, aka Justin Credible is back behind bars after being arrested for misdemeanor assault, breach of peace, and violating multiple protection orders.

Pro Wrestling Sheet originally broke the story that the former ECW star was taken into custody on Tuesday.

We have obtained court documents that shows Polaco’s charges including three misdemeanors and three felony charges. The charges include Criminal Mischief, Breach Of Peace, Misdemeanor Assault, and three violations of a Protection Order.

Polaco is being represented by a Public Defender, and his bond is set at $50,000. The case has been forwarded to a family relations officer as the protection orders against him involve family members he lives with.

Polaco is currently is wrapping up a documentary on his road to recovery. He has had multiple run-ins with the law, and was last arrested in on November 5th for violating a Protection Order, and was released to a surety at that time.

Polaco is currently being held in the New Haven Correctional Center, and  has a court date set for previous charges on January 4th, 2019.
