Balor Potentially Sidelined With Injury
The WWE performed three shows in South America last week, and Finn Balor left the tour early due to undisclosed reasons at the time. Dave Meltzer mentioned that Balor was sent home from the tour, and he is absent from RAW tonight in San Diego.
It was announced tonight on RAW that Finn Balor has been sidelined with injuries sustained at the hands of Drew McIntyre on RAW. The WWE is currently using that explanation for his absence as part of the storyline, and no word what type of injury Balor is actually dealing with.
Finn Balor was replaced for tomorrow night’s Mixed Match Challenge show, and Apollo Crews will now be teaming with Bayley to face Jinder Mahal and Alicia Fox.
Balor is still advertised to face Drew McIntyre at TLC, but if Balor cannot compete, it’s expected Dolph Ziggler will take his place.
