The filing was made a week after Myers former WWE partner Matt Cardona (Zack Ryder) filed trademarks for the terms “Internet Champion” and “Alwayz Ready”.

Trademarks were filed by Michael Dockins, the go-to trademark lawyer for many pro-wrestling stars including Jon Moxley, Cody Rhodes, The Revolt, and Shawn Spears.

Myers was among dozes of releases by WWE on April 15.
