USA Network Passes On Broadcasting WWE Tribute To The Troops

WWE held their 17th annual Tribute To The Troops on 12/6 in聽at the Marine Corps Air Station New River in Jacksonville, NC.

In total, five matches took place, and one segment with Lana, Rusev, and Bobby Lashley. In past years USA Network would air the special during WWE Week on the network, this year seems to be different.

According to Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio, this year’s Tribute To The Troops event will not air on television. Apparently, USA Network decided to pass on the special this year, and it based on photos from the event, broadcast cameras were not visible ringside capturing the action.

It’s unclear the reasoning behind this year’s cancellation.
