The absence of Primo Colon as of late has led to speculation that the former Tag Team Champion and his cousin Epico are looking for releases from the WWE.
We have been informed by a source close to Colon family that he is currently dealing with a injury to his right knee. It’s unknown whether the injury took place during his last match on 6/26 in Bakersfield, CA during a WWE live event.
The current plan is for Primo to have surgery, and rehab his leg for up to a year. This would force Epico into a singles run.
