IWC Wrestler Suffers A Number Of Injuries Following Incident
Independent Wrestler Shawn Phoenix suffered a number of major injuries following an incident that occurred at an International Wrestling Cartel event in Elizabeth, PA.
Phoenix attempted to hit a 450 splash onto his opponent, and landed on his head breaking his skull . Shawn also suffered a broken ear canal, concussion, leaking spinal fluid from his ear, permanent hearing loss in his left ear, paralysis on the left side of his face, dislocated jaw, and a torn tendon in his thumb.
Phoenix was rushed to the hospital, and released after six days. The 27 year old posted the video of the incident on his Youtube channel.
