Yesterday during the All Elite Wrestling rally Chief Branding Officer Brandi Rhodes spoke on pay scale for female talent for the company.
Rhodes stated “Men and Women will receive equal pay for equal work. There will be no sliding scale”
Rhodes took to Twitter to clarify her statements, and announced ‘equal pay means equal opportunity regardless of sex’. Furthermore, she stated ‘It does not mean everyone will be paid the exact same salary regardless of potion. It means the gender pay gap does not apply’
She also said that an entry level women will not make less than an entry level man.
