Earlier today it was announced that Rush signed an exclusive contract with Ring Of Honor.

Rush had been originally brought to the U.S to work for MLW last November. Court Bauer stated last month that a promotion attempted to raid two members of his roster. He didn’t mention the promotion, but he was speaking about Ring Of Honor.

Today, MLW sent out a press release stating Rush is pulled from their April 4th Wrestlemania Weekend event in NYC. Rush was originally slated to face LA Park in the main event.

Pentagon Jr. has now replaced Rush and will face LA Park at the MLW event in April.

In a statement released this afternoon Bauer stated that a third party promoter pulled Rush from the event.

Despite efforts by MLW Rush was pulled due to the insistence of a third party promoter.

This is a match and organization Rush wanted to be a part of but sometimes politics get in the way and that’s what this comes down to: politics,” said MLW CEO Court Bauer.
