Sasha Banks has been dealing with an undisclosed injury for several weeks following her match at WWE Royal Rumble against Ronda Rousey.
The WWE has stretched their own policy, and had Banks in semi physical roles over the last two weeks on RAW.
Although Banks did not fully compete in her matches, she still was involved briefly in the matches alongside her tag-team partner Bayley.
WWE worked her legitimate injury into storyline, stating she “re-aggravated her shoulder injury” this past Monday on RAW
According to Dave Meltzer at Wrestling Observer Radio, Banks has been cleared as of Tuesday, and will be at this Sunday’s Elimination Chamber.
Banks was “partially cleared” going into her matches these past two weeks, hence why she did not engage in full action.
The WWE The WWE’s own policy states that performers cannot be in any physical roles if they are not cleared.
Sasha Banks will team with Bayley this Sunday at WWE Elimination Chamber In Houston, TX as part of the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship chamber match.
Whatever it takes, I’ll be ready! #EliminationChamber
