Vince McMahon Not Pleased With The Undertaker’s Starrcast II Appearance

Last week it was announced that The Undertaker will be making a special appearance at Starrcast II during Double Or Nothing weekend. Although Starrcast is independent from All Elite Wrestling, Vince McMahon seems to be unhappy with the news.

Dave Meltzer noted on today’s edition of Wrestling Observer Radio that Vince McMahon is not happy with The Undertaker appearing at the event. Vince seems to be under the impression that Starrcast is an All Elite Wrestling affiliated event.

The news didn’t sit well with Vince, and he reportedly feels it is a much bigger deal than one may think it should be. The Undertaker is still contracted to WWE, but is allowed to take outside bookings.

As of a few weeks back, The WWE had no reported plans for The Undertaker to appear at Wrestlemania 35 or the next Saudi Arabia event on 5/3. As of this past weekend, The Undertaker was on a list of possible returns for Wrestlemania.

This change in plans may simply be a coincidence, or Vince McMahon wanting to book him at a WWE event, following the announcement of him appearing at Starrcast II.
