Bret Hart’s Attacker Was Amateur MMA Fighter

Police have identified Zachary Madsen as the suspect charged in the attack of Bret Hart at last night’s WWE Hall Of Fame ceremony.

According to CBS News, Madsen was taken to NYPD’s 78th Precinct in Brooklyn and charged with two counts of assault and trespassing.

According to the report, Bret Hart and a security guard both suffered minor injuries during the attack.

Fightful Select reports Madsen is an amateur MMA fighter, with a win-loss record of 2-1.

Madsen has a criminal history, and was arrested last year for violating a protection order, as well as this past January for stalking.
