Lionheart Dead At Age 36

Sad news coming from the United Kingdom as Adrian “Lionheart” McCallum has passed away.

Insane Championship Wrestling has a released a statement on his death. No cause of death has yet to be released.

We are heartbroken to learn of the tragic death of ICW World Heavyweight Champion, Adrian ‘Lionheart’ McCallum. Adrian was a mainstay of ICW and British professional wrestling. Most importantly, he was our friend. His passing leaves a huge hole in the lives of those who knew him.

Lionheart made his ICW debut in 2007. He also has had matches in Ring Of Honor, TNA, and WWE.

He broke his neck in two places in 2014 following a Styles Clash from AJ Styles. Doctors advised him he may never walk again, but he returned to in-ring action a year later.

Lionheart captured the ICW Heavyweight Championship this past December at ICW Fear & Loathing XI.

We send our condolences to his family and friends.
