Johnny Impact may be finished with IMPACT Wrestling following his loss last night at Slammiversary XVII to X-Division Champion Rich Swann.
According to PWInsider, his contract did expire several weeks ago, and he agreed to finish up his program with Rich Swann. IMPACT sources have confirmed that he is no longer under contract with the company, but both sides are still in talks to continue their relationship.
Johnny Impact is able to negotiate with any other promotions if he chooses to. No word if their is any interest from any other promotions at the moment.
His wife, current IMPACT Knockouts Champion, Taya Valkyrie is still under contract with the company, which reportedly runs through the end of 2019.
