Becky Lynch has been out of action since this past March, retaining the RAW Women’s Championship after defeating Shayna Baszler during night one of Wrestlemania 36 tapings.
In May, Lynch relinquished the title, announcing she was expecting her first child with fellow WWE star Seth Rollins. She has since been off WWE television, and has stepped back from the limelight during her pregancy.
WWE had a number special guests appear on the ThunderDome screens during this past week’s season premiere of Friday Night SmackDown, including Ric Flair, Brie Bella, Goldberg, and Jeff Jarrett, but one of the company’s biggest stars was reportedly backstage.
As first reported by Ringside News, and later confirmed by Alex McCarthy of talkSport, Beckt Lynch was backstage at the Amway Center alongside Seth Rollins. The reasoning behind her being there was not revealed.
During an interview with People, Lynch revealed she found out about her pregnancy in April, with a due date set for December.
