WWE will be bringing back another top name at this year’s Survivor Series, possibly to celebrate The Undertaker’s “Final Farewell”.
According to PWInsider, WWE Hall Of Famer Kurt Angle is scheduled to be at this Sunday’s Survivor Series pay-per-view. It’s unknown if he will appear on camera, or be brought in to film WWE Network material.
Kurt Angle was released from WWE this past April, he was working as a backstage producer. The company had since asked him to return, and manage Riddle, but he turned down that offer. Angle wanted to focus on is company, Physically Fit, which sells protein snacks. IMPACT Wrestling also had interest in Angle, wanting him to appear at Bound For Glory, but those plans ultimately fell through.
Other past WWE stars scheduled to be in attendance at this Survivor Series include Savio Vega, The Godfather, and Kane.
WWE Survivor Series will take place on 11/2 from the Thunderdome inside Orlando’s Amway Center.
