WrestleMania 38 Is Currently Scheduled To Be A One-Night Event

The past two years have seen WWE opt to make WrestleMania a two-night event, with WrestleMania 36 emanating from the WWE Performance Center in front of no fans, and WrestleMania 37 taking place inside the Raymond James Stadium with 25,000 capacity each night.

Many fans have welcomed the change, going as far as to say that they prefer the two-night format, which has seen the regular 5-7 hour event reduced to two easier-to-digest 3-4 hour nights.

The format doesn’t look to be staying, as WrestleVotes noted on Twitter that WrestleMania 38 is currently scheduled to take place over one night.

Whilst the report noted that WrestleMania 37 was seen as a success, next year’s show, which will be emanating from the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, will be a one-night event. When WWE announced the show several months ago, the date was set for April 3rd, however, the date has been removed from recent advertisements.

WWE is scheduled to remain in the Yuengling Center, the current home of their state-of-the-art ThunderDome, until August 2021,  there is no word on where the company could be headed once the contract expires.
