The WWE has acquired another independent star to add to their roster as Jonah Rock is scheduled to join the company. Dave Meltzer noted tonight that the Aussie-Samoan wrestler is scheduled to join the company in January.
The WWE has their next Performance Center class in January, and Rock would be heading to Orlando to attend that class before joining NXT.
Jonah Rock is known best for his work in Australia in Melbourne City Wrestling, Pro Wrestling Guerilla, as well as a stint with Pro Wrestling Noah in Japan.
Rock was a part of an Australian Tryout Class the WWE hosted in December 2016.
