AAA’s biggest event of the year is set to take place next month.
According to Lucha Central, Triplemania XXVIII is scheduled to take place on 12/26 with no official location revealed.
The promotion hoped they would be able to run the event at Arena Ciudad de Mexico, but due to Mexico City’s current pandemic regulations, it will likely be a closed set with no fans present.
The following matches are currently scheduled for the show.
- AAA Mega Championship: Kenny Omega vs. Laredo Kid
- Hair vs. Hair Match: Chessman vs. Pagano
- AAA vs. Marvel: Aracno (Spider-Man) and Leyenda Americana (Captain America) vs. Terror Purpura (Thanos) and Venenoide (Venom)
- AAA Reina de Reinas Championship: Taya Valkyrie vs. Lady Shani
