Andrade Appears At AAA’s Rey De Reyes
Andrade has his eyes set on Kenny Omega and the AAA Mega Championship.
During Saturday’s Rey De Reyes event, Andrade appeared in a pre-taped promo, making it known he has two goals in AAA, the first is facing Kenny Omega for the Mega Championship at Triplemania, the second facing Psycho Clown.
Andrade worked several years for CMLL, the major rival promotion to AAA in Mexico.
This challenge comes less than 24 hours after the Federacion Wrestling press conference, a new Mexican promotion headed by ROH champion Rush. Andrade will headline their inaugural pay-per-view on June 19 teaming with RUSH, Bestia del Ring, and a mystery partner against PJ Black, Matt Taven, and two mystery partners.
Kenny Omega currently holds the AEW World Championship, IMPACT World Championship, and AAA Mega Championship.
No official date has been set for this year’s AAA Triplemania event.
