The trademark was filed on 9/15 with The United States Patent and Trademark Office via attorney Bradley M. Stohry. The trademarks were filed for use in “wrestling exhibits and performances by professional wrestlers”.
International Class 041: Entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests; Entertainment services, namely, wresting exhibits and performances by professional wrestlers; providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network; providing information in the fields of sports and entertainment via an online community portal; providing a website in the field of sports entertainment information; fan club services, namely, organizing and staging events with wrestling fan club members;
It’s currently unknown how AEW plans to use the trademark. Earlier this month, Cody tweeted an image of his logo covered in blood. This could be a tease on teaming with his brother Dustin Rhodes in the future, but that’s merely speculation at this point.
