Chris Jericho has filed a trademark with The United States Patent and Trademark Office for the term ‘Mimosa Mahyem’. The filing was made on 9/9 via ‘gimmick attorney’ Michael E. Dockins.

The applicant is submitting one(or more) specimen(s) showing the mark as used in commerce on or in connection with any item in the class of listed goods/services, consisting of a(n) advertisement using MIMOSA MAYHEM mark in respect of a wrestling match.

The filing was made following his Mimosa Mayhem Match against Orange Cassidy at AEW All Out. Jericho recently revealed he came up with the idea for the match, sending a sketch of the layout of the ring to Tony Khan in July.

Jericho stated during his Saturday Night Special live stream, he got the original idea for the match after watching old FMW ‘exploding barbed wire’ matches.
