Cody has captured the AEW TNT Championship for the second time.
During this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite, Cody defeated Brodie Lee in a Dog Collar Match to win the title.
Following the match, Cody announced he would defend the title during next week’s one-year anniversary of AEW Dynamite episode. Orange Cassidy came out, and put his thumbs up, seemingly challenging Cody for the title. Cody responded with a thumbs up, making the match official .
