Ahead of tonight’s episode of AEW Dynamite, Cody revealed the updated TNT Championship
AEW referee Paul Turner handed Cody the updated title during a photoshoot uploaded on the AEW social media accounts. The new title features nickel and gold plating, as well as the AEW logo filled in.

Cody became the first AEW TNT Champion after defeating Lance Archer this past May during the Double or Nothing. Fans were quick to call out the look of the title, wondering why it wasn’t as appealing as other championships in the company.
Cody will defend the title during tonight’s broadcast against SCU member Scorpio Sky.
