Erick Rowan Has Not Signed Deal With All Elite Wrestling

Former WWE Superstar Erick Rowan (Erick Redbeard) has reportedly not signed with AEW following an appearance in the company.

Rowan appeared during this past Wednesday’s episode of Dynamite, which was a tribute to the late Brodie Lee. He prevented Wardlow from interfering in a match between the Dark Order and Inner Circle. Following the match he held up a sign which said ‘Goodbye for now, my brother, see you down the road’.

The Wrestling Observer reports that Rowan has not signed with AEW, noting that the deal was just for a special appearance as a surprise. It was also noted that things could change in the future, however right now Rowan is not signed to AEW.

Rowan was released from WWE back in April 2020 as part of a mass release due to the pandemic. Since his release, he has appeared on the United Wrestling Network however is yet to sign with a major promotion.
