Jon Moxley defeated Kenny Omega in a brutal match to close off the AEW Full Gear PPV.
The match was promoted as a “Lights Out Match”, which would be “unsanctioned”, and not be counted towards AEW’s win loss records.
Moxley was back in his element, channelling his persona from his death match days CZW, while Omega came along for the ride, and was able to hold his own.

In the end, Moxley was able to gain victory after executing Paradigm Shift DDT on the exposed ring boards.
Jon Moxley’s wife, WWE announcer Renee Young reacted to the match on Twitter
