Kenny Omega Says AEW Video Top Priority

All Elite Wrestling is planning on releasing a video game, and an announcement could be made by the end of year.

Kenny Omega revealed during tonight’s Starrcast panel that a video game for the company is on the top of his priority list. Although no concrete details were provided, he did mention we could hear something by the end of 2019.

“Having an AEW video game is top of my priority list,” Omega stated “I can’t share anything right now, but I wouldn’t be surprised if there was something to announce by the end of the year”

The news comes following Yuke’s announced they will no longer develop WWE games for 2K studios, who will now utilize their own in-house studio Visual Concepts. The Japanese-based Yukes has been developing wrestling games since the 90s, and plans to release another title for an unknown promotion. It is unknown if they plan on working with All Elite Wrestling for their debut video game release.
