“To just dump my employees the minute something bad happens, that’s not the way I am built” Dana White’s stance on UFC fighter financial solidification makes one wrong
Dana White, the popular name for bringing a revolutionary change in the history of mixed martial arts has recently shared his struggling effort to keep his company alive during the pandemic.

A couple of years back during Covid, the whole world was in grave danger, everyone was losing their jobs, businesses were downsizing and companies were closing down. In the midst of that frantic time, with the Vulkan Bet, UFC was one sporting organization that survived and continued to entertain people.

The UFC president has shared some insights regarding how his company was almost this close to getting shut down under government pressure yet how he took it as a challenge to survive. To Fox News’ Tucker Carlson, he described how his organization emerged from the ashes like a phoenix.

In that interview, Dana shared a lot of information, but what everyone was most astonished by was how he handled the challenge of paying each and every one of his employees. One thing he was certain of was that he did not want to give up.

“My attitude was: this is America. We don’t quit. We don’t give up. We definitely don’t run and hide in our house itself. I figured there had to be a way.” said Dana.

The 53-year-old said during that horrible time for mankind, he never wanted to leave his folks behind. He wanted to keep them, support them financially, and provide for them as the head of a family. He will never leave an employee in a bad situation.

“To just dump my employees the minute something bad happens, that’s not the way I am built.” Dana said to Fox News.

Dana White has pushed the entire combat sports scenario to a whole new level. He has succeeded in turning UFC into the MMA athletes’ most lucrative organization. White vowed and guaranteed that he would honor such promises no matter what. Employees will always be his top concern in his business.

“I would rather see the whole company burn and go down in flames before I would hurt my employees.”

Fighters from all around the world are signing up with the UFC and Dana White has clearly instilled in them a sense of trust and dedication. That explains why the Ultimate Fighting Championship is one of a kind.
