All Elite Wrestling has updated their COVID-19 testing procedures following multiple positive tests over the last few weeks.

According to Wrestling Inc., AEW instructed talent to get at-home testing in addition to on-site testing at this week’s AEW Dynamite taping. AEW’s medical team has consulted with NFL’s COVID response team on their testing process.

Lance Archer tested positive during the second round of testing, and was not able to compete at this week’s AEW Dynamite show.

This report comes after Fightful and Spectrum Sports Jon Alba revealed multiple talent who were present at the 9/9 tapings have tested positive for COVID-19 in the two weeks since those tapings.

Ben Carter, who received much praise following his match with Scorpio Sky on this week’s AEW Late Night Dynamite, announced he has tested positive for the virus.

Several top names were not featured on this week’s AEW Dynamite show, it’s unknown if any of those absent have tested positive.

AEW has yet to release a statement.
