Additional details have emerged following the arrest of Alberto Del Rio. According to NBC News San Antonio investigators have provided further details on allegations against the former WWE star.

Police said Rodriguez Chucuan then tied the woman’s hands with boxing straps, put a sock in her mouth and sexually assaulted her for several hours, using various objects. According to investigators, he also punched her in the back during the assault, causing visible injuries. The victim told detectives she does not remember much after he placed his hand around her throat.


ORIGINAL STORY

Jose Alberto Rodruiguez Chucuan, better known to wrestling fans as Alberto Del Rio was arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman.

Fox San Antonio was first to report the arrest, additional details have been obtained by HeelByNature.com.

The victim alleges Chucuan forced her to wear a dress and dance for him. He stated if she did not comply with his demands he would take her child and leave him in the middle of the street

On May 3, the victim alleges Jose A. Rodriguez Chucuan assaulted her causing multiple injures. The next day, when reporting the crime to police, the victim alleges Chucuan slapped her across the head multiple times.

Chucuan was arrested on Saturday May 9 at 11:00 am. He was released at 5 pm after securing a $50,000 bond from Aladdin Bail Bonds.

Prior to his release, Chucuan refused to be interviewed by authorities, instead opted to be bonded out and return for a court date on June 10, 2020.
