Braun Strowman Reportedly Dealing With Knee Injury

On this week’s episode of Raw, Braun Strowman was suspended indefinitely for putting his hands on WWE Official Adam Pearce. This meant that Strowman missed out on the opportunity to face Drew McIntyre at TLC.

According to a report from the Wrestling Observer, Strowman was storyline suspended due to a knee injury he has sustained.

Meltzer noted that he wasn’t 100% sure whether or not Braun will challenge for the WWE Title at TLC, however he is leaning towards the latter. This would mean that the triple threat between Riddle, AJ Styles and Keith Lee on tomorrow’s episode of Raw will decide Drew’s TLC opponent.

So Braun Strowman does have a knee injury because he’s being treated for it. I don’t know the severity of it. The impression I have is that he is not going to be at TLC, so I think the three-way is going to be for the spot, but I don’t know that 100%. I don’t think anyone knows anything anyway. From what someone told me, the writing team still thinks it’s Strowman, that could be wrong. As of Monday, I had heard that part.

WWE TLC will emanate from the WWE ThunderDome inside Tampa’s Tropicana Field on 12/22.
