WWE Re-Hires Vince McMahon’s Former Right-Hand Man

WWE has re-hired one of their key backstage team members from the past.

According to PWInsider, WWE has hired Bruce Prichard to return to the company full-time to work in a top position on the creative team.

Prichard’s position in the company will be similar to his role in the past, as he will be working directly with Vince McMahon in a top creative position.

According to PWInsider, Prichard’s position is being described “as important as possible”, and he will be one of the top people in the creative team moving forward.

Bruce Prichard was originally hired by WWE in 1987, and worked for the company in various roles, including on-screen as Brother Love. Prichard left the company in 1991, and then returned in a backstage position from 1992 – 2008.

Bruce Prichard made a return to WWE television during RAW 25, where he worked as his Brother Love character.

Bruce Prichard was known as one of Vince McMahon’s right-hand man, and was responsible for various creative decisions for the company

Bruce Prichard hosts one of the most popular wrestling podcasts Something to Wrestling With alongside Conrad Thompson. The podcast eventually ran for one season on the WWE Network.

There is no word if this new role in the WWE will affect his popular podcast, or touring engagements he does.

Prichard is slated to begin his new position this Monday at RAW in Atlanta, GA.
