Multiple Trademarks Filed This Week

Multiple trademarks were filed this week by All Elite Wrestling Executive Vice President Cody Runnels.

The following trademarks were filed with The United States Trademark Office

  • The American Dream
  • The American Nightmare
  • Dusty Rhodes

The WWE did not have any trademarks on file for “Dusty Rhodes”, or “The American Dream”.

These are Goods & Services Trademarks, so WWE would need to to file an opposition against the trademark if they feel they should have ownership.

Conrad Thompson, the founder of Starrcast also filed a trademark this week for the word “Four Horsemen”.

The WWE does not have any active trademarks on the name, so they would also need to oppose the trademark if they feel they should have ownership.

Trademarks from Cody Runnels and Conrad Thompson were all registered with the same law office.
