WWE has announced eight competitors which will compete for the NXT Cruiserweight Championship.
The tournament will be split into two groups, each consisting of four wrestlers.
Group A:
- Kushida
- Drake Maverick
- Tony Nese
- Jake Atlas
Group B:
- Isaiah “Swerve” Scott
- El Hijo del Fantasma
- Akira Tozawa
- Jack Gallagher
The four wrestlers in each group will face each one-time, and then the wrestler with the best record will advance to the finals.
