Mauro Ranallo To Miss Another WWE Event

Mauro Ranallo was scheduled to return tonight at Full Sail University for NXT television, but that does not seem to be the case.

According to John Pollock of POST Wrestling, Mauro Ranallo will not be at NXT this week at Full Sail University. Ranallo was absent this past Sunday at Survivor Series following a personal attack from fellow WWE comentator Corey Graves.

Graves tweeted the following during NXT Takeover Saturday Night, “Just for the record guys, I know you wouldn’t know it, but there’s actually a WWE Hall of Famer AND a former Ring of Honor Champion on commentary. I’d imagine they have a lot to offer.”

Graves apologized for the tweet during the most recent episode of WWE After The Bell podcast.

“I sent out a tweet. It was an unpopular opinion, as I often do with the intention of just stirring up a little controversy, maybe have something fun to talk about on TV or here on the show. It was maybe not the most professional way to go about things and it was not meant to offend, disrespect or disparage anybody, that was never my intention. If it was taken as such, I apologize deeply, that was not my intention. I would never intentionally cause anybody any undue stress, especially a co-worker”

Ranallo, who suffers with known mental health issues deactivated his Twitter account following the tweet.

Michael Cole mentioned Ranllo’s absence from Survivor Series stating that he “blew his voice out” during NXT TakeOver, and will be back during NXT on USA this Wednesday night, which now doesn’t seem to be the case.

It’s unknown if he will be present at next week’s television.
