WWE will be presenting the combined Hall of Fame ceremony ahead of Wrestlemania 37, honoring inductees from both the 2020 and 2021 classes.

According to Fightful Select(subscription required), backstage sources reveal the current plan is to “pre-tape the show in some capacity”. This was the plan as of this past week, when WWE revealed Molly Holly would be inducted into the 2021 Hall Of Fame class.

The report notes, “it isn’t ideal, but something that WWE realizes is probably best for the time being”.

In past years, it was mandatory for WWE talent to be present during the ceremony, and Vince McMahon has been upset if talent leave early, despite any obligations they may have the next day.
