Daniel Bryan may be finished being a full-time wrestler.

In a recent interview on The Bellas Podcast, Bryan revealed that he will be taking six weeks’ paternity leave when his wife Brie delivers their second child.

Bryan also stated he thinks he will be done as a full-time wrestler, and may only want to wrestle once a month, or once every couple of months.

Daniel Bryan signed a three-year deal with WWE in 2018, which expires in September 2021.

“WWE has been great, they are going to give me six weeks paternity leave. I get to be home that first six weeks, but then after that it’s not long until my contract is up. In my mind, I think I’m just done being a full time wrestler. I will always love wrestling, and I always wanna do wrestling, but when I say always do wrestling, that means once a month, or once every couple months”

Daniel Bryan returned to in-ring action in March 2018, following a two-year retirement due to several concussions and neck injuries.
