WWE Allowing Indy Promotion To Book NXT UK Talent

This past weekend news broke that WWE talent under the NXT UK brand would no longer be able to to take independent bookings. WWE offered exclusive deals, with pay increases, but added clauses the contracts that prevented them from working organizations other than ones already affiliated with WWE.

WWE has current relationships with numerous groups in the U.K, and EVOLVE in the United States. Our sources have indicated to us that the WWE is giving permission to another promotion in North America to allow NXT UK talent to perform. This promotion would have access to NXT UK talent in North America outside of EVOLVE, for limited appearances. The normal rules would apply that talent would not be able to have their matches air compete on,  and DVD releases

Currently, Pete Dunne and Tyler Bate are two of the NXT UK stars who are slated to perform at an up-coming event with this promotion. Although no details have been formerly announced on which promotion, the duo are said to be performing at an up-coming event in January after the NXT UK pay-per-view.

More details should be known over the next few days.
