According to PW Insider, a former Impact Knockouts champion is set to return to the promotion in the near future.

The star is Taylor Wilde, who wrested for Impact from 2008-2010, before officially retiring in 2011 to pursue a career as a firefighter. Wilde was also a two-time Knockouts tag team champion, a notable fact considering Impact recently announced the return of the tag titles for the Knockouts division. A tournament is currently underway, with the winners set to be crowned at the Hard To Kill pay per view.

Wilde was also briefly under contract with WWE, where she primarily worked under their developmental Deep South Wrestling banner, which would later become Florida Championship Wrestling (now NXT).

The report does not mention an exact date for Wilde’s return. She did state in a recent interview that her original return was planned for March prior to the COVID-19 outbreak.
