“Two different individuals have been listed as the applicant. The application was filed in the name of Cassandra Arneill. A voluntary amendment listed the applicant as Cassandra MacIntosh. The applicant must explain this discrepancy”

On 4/19, Macintosh filed an a preliminary amendment on the application citing the error.

“Counsel for applicant erroneously filed the owner name as Cassie Arneill believing that applicant had legally changed her name to her married name. This amendment is made to correct this mistake that was made without deceptive intent. The owner name has been corrected to the proper legal name of applicant.”

WWE owns the trademark for the name Peyton Royce, which was registered in 2019.

Macintosh was among 10 WWE Superstars who were released earlier this month.
