Shane Strickland was released from his Lucha Underground contract earlier this year, following issues with the company allowing him to leave.

Garza Jr, who is the brother of current WWE star Humberto Carrillo was offered a WWE contract last spring, but couldn’t pass the medical testing.

It is unknown whether Garza Jr and Shane Strickland will undergo any name changes once they debut in NXT.
