WWE underwent massive internal changes during the first quarter of 2020, including the termination of Co-Vice Presidents George Barrios and Michelle Wilson.

Internal documents were revealed in the latest SEC filing, including termination letters for George Barrios and Michelle Wilson, as well as an employment offer for Interim CFO Frank Riddick III.

George Barrios and Michelle Wilson were both terminated from WWE on January 30 after spending over a decade with the company.

The documents reveal that George Barrios and Michelle Wilson will continue to receive their regular pay from WWE for 18-months, health benefits, and company bonuses.

The pair will also need to inform WWE if they accept any new job offers within 5 days, and will provide assistance to the company from time to time.

You will provide assistance and cooperation as may be needed from time to time, including but not limited to providing, locating or obtaining information and documents concerning any of the WWE Parties about which you are knowledgeable.

Interim CFO Frank Riddick’s employment offer revealed that he will receive $66,666 bi-weekly, but will not receive any health benefits, vacation, or paid sick days, as he is categorized as a temporary employee.

As a temporary employee, you will not be eligible for medical benefits, paid time off, including paid company holidays, vacation, personal days and sick days, or any similar benefits afforded to regular employees.
