Kenny Omega’s Appearance On IMPACT Increases Viewership, Beats NXT In Key Demo

This week’s IMPACT on AXS, headlined by AEW World Champion Kenny Omega saw a 33 percent increase in viewership against last week’s episode.

According to ShowBuzzDaily, the episode drew 221,000 total viewers, 55,000 more viewers than last week’s episode.  Wade Keller of Pro Wrestling Torch provided some additional metrics, including key demo information. Last week’s viewership was above November’s average of 134,500.

IMPACT topped last week’s edition of NXT in the 18-34 male demo, drawing a 0.05 vs. 0.04. In that same demo, AEW drew a 0.26 for last week’s episode. NXT did however top IMPACT in the coveted 18-49 demo, drawing a 0.16 vs 0.08. In the same demo, AEW drew a 0.42 for last week’s episode.
