Tessa’s Side Of Things Differ From Recent Rumors
Following her release from IMPACT Wrestling this past June, reports have emerged stating Tessa Blanchard has demanded an exorbitant amount of money to return the IMPACT World Championship.
According to Fightful Select (subscription required), Tessa Blanchard’s side of things differ from rumors that have recently surfaced.
The report indicates Impact Wrestling provided Tessa an address to send the title back this week, and she plans to oblige with that request.
Her side of things has disputed that, and mentioned that not only did Tessa not try to hold up IMPACT, but that the company only provided an address to send the belt this week. They claim the title is planned for a safe return.
This report refutes claims that Tessa Blanchard wanted $150,000 to return the belt.
Tessa Blanchard is not bound by a 90-day non-compete clause, but does have a non-disparagement clause, which would prevent her from talking negative about the company.
Reports have surfaced recently, indicating WWE has interest in signing the second-generation talent, but no concrete information is known if any talks have occured.
