“I lost my love for it, the passion that I had, and I said when I stopped loving it, I would walk away”. Anderson stated.

I’ve missed Christmas parties, I’ve missed birthday parties, I’ve missed so much, being this guy. I forgot what was important. I lost loved ones, just to play wrestler”

CW Anderson got his start in 1993, working the independent scene. In 1996 he signed a deal with WCW, but asked for his release after not being utilized in television.

He’s best known for his time in ECW, working for the promotion from 1999-2001, leaving the promotion after losing to Tommy Dreamer in an “I Quit Match” at the Guilty As Charged pay-per-view.
