Kylie Rae Returning To Wrestling
Kylie Rae will be making her return to the ring.
After announcing she was “no longer a professional wrestler” last fall, Kylie Rae will return to Warrior Wrestling on June 5, where she holds the Warrior Wrestling Women’s Championship.
Kylie Rae was scheduled to face Deonna Purrazzo at last October’s Bound For Glory pay-per-view, but was absent due to unknown circumstances. IMPACT Wrestling replaced her the day of the show with Su Yung.
Rae arrived in IMPACT Wrestling in October 2019, following a short stint with All Elite Wrestling. She signed a long-term deal with IMPACT last March. It’s unknown if IMPACT has agreed to let her terminate her contract, or if she will return to the promotion based on her returning to in-ring action.
Warrior Wrestling provided a tease on their Facebook page, stating “Match announcement to follow…(but the timing of this announcement may give you a clue….)”. This was made at the same time AEW was airing Thunder Rosa vs. Britt Baker in the main event of Dynamite. Thunder Rosa is currently booked for the Warrior Wrestling show as well.
