Matt Sydal abruptly left his match against Leon Ruff Saturday night at EVOLVE 139 in Queens, NY.
During the match, Sydal reportedly was kicked the wrong way by Ruff and began experiencing numbness in his arm. PWInsider reports Sydal was treated backstage by medical stuff. He is still experiencing numbness in his arm, and a neck injury is feared.
EVOLVE co-owner Gabe Sabolsky took to Twitter to announce Sydal received medical treatment, and will be ok.

Leon Ruff seemingly hit him the wrong way with a move. He got up, rolled out of the ring and walked to the back. Ref went after him..and said he couldn鈥檛 continue and that was it.
