Jaxson Ryker returned to television Monday during WWE Main Event television tapings prior to Monday Night RAW.

Fans who were inside the ThunderDome for the tapings report him and Elias opened the show set to perform a song, but were interrupted by R-Truth.

According to Fightful Select (subscription required), Ryker’s appearance alongside Elias “was a dry run on Main Event to see if the pairing worked, in an effort to pitch the duo to Vince McMahon”.

Ryker, who is no longer affiliated with The Forgotten Sons, has not appeared on WWE television Money In The Bank this past May.

The group was removed from WWE television shortly after Jaxson Ryker tweeted his support for President Donald Trump, who hours before threatened military force against protesters across the U.S in the wake of George Floyd’s murder. This tweet caught backlash from numerous WWE talent, some who were vocal on social media.

Ryker’s former partners Steve Cutler and Wesley Blake returned to SmackDown last week, forming an alliance with Baron Corbin.
