Medical Emergency Occurs Following Birth Of Baby Knash
Yesterday, Jojo Offerman and Bray Wyatt announced the birth of their first child together, baby Knash.
Jojo’s mom Alexie detailed serious complications during the birth of Knash that caused great concern for the family.
Knash was prematurely born, and JoJo had a severe case of preeclampsia, which led her to being hospitalized and induced to give birth.
According to Mayo Clinic, preeclampsia can lead to serious — even fatal — complications the mother and child. The most effective treatment is delivery of the baby, which is by JoJo was induced to deliver the child.
Shortly after the birth, JoJo began hemorrhaging, which caused heavy bleeding. It’s noted as a serious, and rare condition that could happen within 1 day of giving birth.
Doctors were able to stabilize Jojo, and stop the bleeding. Bray’s mom was in the room to comfort Alexie during this medical emergency.
